Built in the UK

tested in Ukraine

Beside her, the first Wildbox Adventure Vehicle took on its inaugural challenge.

Paula Reid’s cycle across Ukraine

began on the 13th of September 2023

Paula sailed through her cycle. Covering almost 400 miles from Odessa to the site of the Chernobyl disaster, she raised money and awareness for Siobhan’s Trust. And she dished out a few pizzas along the way.

The Wildbox Adventure Vehicle - named Avandra after the goddess of travel and luck - took a couple of bumps. It was nothing she couldn’t handle. She’s Built for Adventureholics, after all.

Find out how we came to support a cycle across Ukraine…

Built for

Adventureholics

back in the UK, Avandra barely made ground before setting out on her next trip.

This one, supporting Neil Laughton’s Land, Sea and Air expedition, took them to Bannau Brycheiniog.

Having passed her Ukraine test with only a couple of bumps, she sailed through her weekend in Wales without a scratch.

Where next?

Now she’s home, we can assess what went well, what went wrong and what we can do differently. We’ll tidy up the bumps and scratches. And we’ll finish the build.

While we get back to work, you can keep up with our progress on social media and through our mailing list.

If nothing else, you’ll get to see some great photos from Avandra’s adventures.
